Use the Ask a question button. Remember that before creating a question you must create an account, then all the knowledge of the experts on the Forum is at your disposal.

If you are under 13, ask your parent or guardian to set up an account and help you use the forum - you cannot use the website yourself.
If you are over 13 but under 18, you can set up your own account, but all paid options (i.e. Sticky questions and Bumping a question) must be confirmed by your adult guardian.

You can register via the registration form available at here.
In the form, it is necessary to provide your login, e-mail address and set a password.
Then you only need to confirm your e-mail address by clicking on the link that you will receive by e-mail.

Yes. Knowledge should be available to everyone, therefore it is completely free to browse, register, ask questions and answer questions from others.
If you want to raise or highlight your question, then you must use your points. When you are short of points, you can purchase them for a small feehere.

Enter a short title for the question or the question itself. For example:
- "What was the name of Columbus?",
- "Find the zero value of the function",
- "Mark the pH value of the solution in which the concentration of hydrogen ions is 0.01 mol / dm3".

Then select the Category that your question relates to. You can choose more than one. For example: Chemistry and High School.

The tags will help with searching, so add a few, separated by commas. Name the class, publisher, and textbook you are using. For example: 7th grade, IB, chemistry, SL.

If you need to add more information, please enter it in the "Details" field. Here you can put text, a photo, HTML code or an equation. You can also add a video if that helps to better describe the question. Use our editor and prepare your question.

Remember that a properly prepared and marked question will get an answer faster from experts in a given category.

Finally, you must confirm the terms of use of the Website and the privacy policy.

Post your question and wait patiently for an answer.

You may also want to turn on notifications after every reply to question by checking the box.

Go to creating a question by pressing Ask a question button.
In the question form, above the details field, select "Is this question a poll? If you want to be doing a poll click here."

After selecting the above option, fields for entering possible answers will appear. You can also attach photos to the reply if you want.

To get your question answered faster, you can Pay for sticky question so that it'll be pinned at the top and remains on top for 7 days. The second option is to Bump your question on the Premium list, which will also raise its position higher and appear before newer questions. The higher a question is on the list, the sooner other users will find it and be able to help you.
These options are paid.

The question will remain at the top of the question list for 7 days.
Thanks to the pinning, your question will be immediately visible to all users, thanks to which you will get an answer faster.

To bump a question, use the Bump your question button under its content. You can only bump questions that have not yet been answered.

Bumping is an auction in which you compete with other users for the first place on the list.
The more points you give, the higher your question will appear on the Premium list.
The minimum value by which you can bump the question is 20 points.

The amount of points which you spend on bumping a question will be given to the person who has the best answer.

You get points for your activity on the Forum - answers, questions, recommending the Forum to others. We want to appreciate your contribution to the development of the community, therefore you will receive a reward for all activities.

The users with the most points will be placed on the Top Users list.

You have the option of purchasing credit packs.

Yes. You can exchange the points you have. With this opportunity, you can earn money by sharing your knowledge and helping others.

To make a withdrawal, go to the Withdrawals tab in your Profile.
First you need to select a withdrawal method and provide the necessary information to complete the transfer. The above details can be completed in the Financial tab on your profile.

On the Withdrawals tab you will find information about the current point exchange rate and check your account balance.

The minimum amount you can withdraw is PLN 100.

Groups will help you connect with others who are in a similar situation:
you are in class 12th grade, join the appropriate group and discuss similar topics in the lessons, thanks to which you will be better prepared for the tests;
you are preparing for the final exams - join the IB group in the appropriate subject, where it will be easier for you to exchange tasks and create a team that will rehears the material together.

Badges help assess the knowledge, experience and commitment of a Forum User. The more a person contributes, the more points he will get. The more points, the higher the badge level. You can check the badge levels here.

The referral link allows you to quickly earn extra points while helping your friends learn. You will find it in the Referrals tab, in the upper right corner under your profile. Send your friends and family the link so they can sign up on your referral.

If you value privacy, you can hide some of your data. Go to the Privacy tab in the Edit Profile tab. For each piece of information, you can define who can see it: Everyone - Public, only registered users - Every Member, only you - Only Me.

The purchased points are not refundable if the number of points changes after purchasing the package - you use some of the points or receive new points. By making a purchase, you agree to waive the possibility of returning the products. However, you can redeem your points for money again. To make a withdrawal, go to the Withdrawals tab.

By following a question, you can easily follow responses and comments on the content that interests you.
To follow a question, click the button below the question with a "+" icon and the number of followers.

Remember that you can follow not only questions, but entire categories, tags and users to stay up-to-date on topics that are important to you.

Use the Answer button below the question on the right.
Provide factual, relevant and - the most important - correct answers.
Do not mislead others, if you do not know the answer, do not reply to the question or post.

For good answers you get points that you can use for your questions or convert them into money.

This is the number of Users' ratings of a question or answer.
By marking a question as Like (up arrow) or Dislike (down arrow) - you help to keep the substantive content needed on the Forum and make it easier for others to reach this content, and lower the position of those less needed.

The number is the total number of points received from users.
Like is +1 point,
Dislike is -1 point.

Users undertake to use the Forum in accordance with applicable law and the principles of social coexistence.
Each User is responsible for the uploaded and shared content and guarantees that their publication does not infringe the copyrights of third parties who own these materials. The owner of the Forum is not responsible for the content provided by Users.

If you find content that is inappropriate, offensive or violates the law, immediately notify the Administrator so that he can take appropriate steps.

To submit a question to the Administrator, go to the question. Then, under its content on the left side, you will find the Report button. Enter the reason for the report and submit the form.

The forum is available in several languages so that everyone can find help tailored to their educational system and region.
To switch to the desired language, click on the current language version in the menu at the top of the page and select the one that suits you best.
Please note that questions asked in one language will not be visible in the Forum in other language versions.

We are committed to sharing knowledge with everyone, and substantive discussions at the Public Forum make it possible. Therefore, we did not enable private messages between users.
If you want to discuss something with another person, exchange views in the comment section under the question, so that others will benefit from it in the future, or maybe someone else can help you find a better solution.

A person using ask.edualy.com can only have one account. It is forbidden to register more accounts for one User, one person.

If the User breaches the above Forum Terms of Use, he will be questioned by Administrator about the reason of his violation. In some case User might be immediately blocked and removed. If the User's faults violate the law, it will be reported to the relevant authorities.
